Invisible

Can any one define pain

Its a invisible force that can take down the greatest warriors,

bejewels greatest magicians, confuse greatest philosophers

Sometimes brutal but mostly a silent killer

You know its there

But cant do a thing about it

You understand it only when

you touch it by your own fingers,

See it with your own eyes

Feel it by your own body

and... express it with your eyes

and sometimes even without it

it funny how vicious this cycle is

you inflict pain on others to reduce yours

but it burdens you even more

making you its victim as well as the accused

its easy to heal scars on the body, yet some still remain

but what about those deep inside it

bleeding the body from inside

every cut leaving a deeper scare,

a deeper impression how on how we live

even if scares are filled,

yet they remain,

reminding of the things done in the past

there is no cure, there is no vaccine, there is no drug,

temporary or permanent

because its unavoidable, it cant be stopped or captured

its just a matter of time, it will come for you

its like the wind- it will blow you away

its like pain - i still cant explain it
